when do we ship?
it takes 3-5 working days in order for us to process your order.
- at the moment, we only ship our products within the USA
- ordering at miffytown has no extra shipping costs
how long does delivery take?
once your package has left miffytown, delivery within the continental US usually takes 3–5 business days. counting the time before we ship, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of being placed.
as soon as your package is on its way, you’ll get an email with a tracking number, so you can follow miffy’s journey to your door.

the holiday season is busy for carriers too, so delivery can take a little longer than usual. to make sure your gifts arrive in time, we recommend ordering before mid december. last-minute shopper? local pickup is always an option!
